Antique Lightweight Hand-Tied Quilt With Lots Of Indigo Calico

This is a really special and unique antique quilt! Made up of dozens of squares of different calico fabrics. Hand tied. Lightweight and great as a summer quilt, or as a throw. This would be the perfect size for a child’s twin bed as well. Gorgeous fabric examples including lots of varying indigo calico, some turkey red and delightful florals. The back is all made from all one indigo leaf motif. Overall this quilt looks to have been used very lightly. 

Condition: antique and handmade in nature, therefore not perfect. This quilt looks like it was very lightly, if ever used. There is one hole that has been mended that could have come from poor storage. I have not soaked this quilt, so there are some areas of minor discoloration. These would lift with a wash, but I left as is because the quilt is almost deadstock in vibrancy. Clean with no major flaws or smells.
