Edwardian Era Linen Walking Set

Incredible museum-quality Edwardian 3 piece walking suit. Gorgeous linen & silk blend with tons of mother of pearl buttons, dreamy lines and details. Jacket, skirt & soutache netted skirt attachment. The jacket is a really comfortable/loose fit which buttons down the front and has a cross belted back. Skirt is a straight fit with darted pockets at the hips and sturdy cotton waist band with hook & eye closures at the side. Netted apron wraps around to the front and has hook & eye closure at the front waist.

Condition: the silk linen skirt and jacket are in mint condition. They have been washed and pressed and are gorgeously preserved. Soutache netted apron has also been washed and pressed. Many visible mends that were made with gold silk thread. Overall wear to the delicate netting, but still absolutely stunning. Overall this set is in incredible shape and is very much wearable.
