Hand Painted Primitive Wall Pocket Letter Holder

Beautiful & moody primitive antique wall pocket / letter holder with gorgeous hand painted floral details. I am not sure what the technique that was used for these flowers is called, but it’s really special and psychedelic! Metal rivets. Metal hoop attached for hanging. One of the best examples of these I have ever seen. 

Condition: excellent. Normal patina for age, no chips or breaks anywhere.
